On September 16, 2023, the life of 10 year old Jake Luxemburger was taken suddenly as a result of an individual fleeing the police in a stolen vehicle at an incredibly high rate of speed.
On Thursday, January 18th, the Kentucky Legislature will vote for a Safer Kentucky. Jake’s Law will increase penalties for those who flee the police and keep those reckless individuals behind bars longer.
